- Your StepKeep app version and iOS version
- The screen or action where the problem occurred
- A screenshot only when it does not expose private information
Protect your privacy
Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, medical records, private recordings, or other sensitive content unless it is strictly necessary.
Email does not open?
Set up Apple Mail or another default email app, then try again. You can also copy mail@haaa.in into any email service.
Your data is not attached
StepKeep never automatically attaches your follow-ups, notes, files, locations, photos, videos, or recordings to a support message.
