Agreement
These terms apply to the StepKeep iOS app, this website, and associated support. If you do not agree, do not use StepKeep. You must use StepKeep lawfully and in accordance with applicable App Store rules.
Personal organization tool
StepKeep helps plan and record follow-ups. It does not provide legal, government, medical, financial, construction, safety, or other professional advice. It is not an official record system for any authority, professional, or service provider.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking official dates, requirements, addresses, documents, instructions, payments, and outcomes. Notifications can be delayed or disabled by device settings, power conditions, permissions, or system behavior. Do not rely on StepKeep as your only reminder for a critical deadline.
You decide whether StepKeep is suitable for a particular purpose and use it at your own risk. Always verify important information directly with the responsible authority or a qualified professional.
Your content and backups
You retain ownership of content you add. You are responsible for having permission to store or share it and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive information. StepKeep stores data locally; you are responsible for device backups and exported copies you require.
Deleting information or uninstalling the app may permanently remove it.
Purchases and renewals
StepKeep Pro may be offered as monthly, yearly, or lifetime access. Apple confirms the price and charge before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Apple Account subscription settings. A lifetime purchase is a non-consumable entitlement for the Apple Account used to buy it.
Availability, billing, refunds, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and family sharing are governed by applicable App Store rules and product configuration.
Availability and changes
StepKeep is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change to improve reliability, security, accessibility, or compatibility. StepKeep may be updated, suspended, or discontinued where reasonably necessary.
No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StepKeep and this website are provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, successful outcomes, or preservation of data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StepKeep’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar loss arising from use of or inability to use StepKeep. This includes missed dates or reminders, lost opportunities, decisions made from app content, lost or disclosed data, device problems, third-party service behavior, or reliance on an exported summary.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Apple license terms
When StepKeep is obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies unless a valid custom license agreement is provided. Apple’s published agreement controls if this summary differs from it.
Support and changes
For technical, privacy, or data-handling issues, contact mail@haaa.in. Do not include unnecessary identity documents, recordings, location history, medical information, financial information, or other sensitive content.
These terms may be updated when features, operating requirements, or law change. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
